It was in the year 1991 when a group of highly educated and deeply motivated enthusiasts decided to establish a college to serve as a model for others. Eventually PEF Model Degree College came into being. Over the passage of time it underwent transformation in growth and finally emerged as a Post Graduate College. With its multidirectional expansion, it necessitated to be circumscribed by ideally located vast precincts. Hence, it was shifted to its present new campus in the University Town from the old one at Warsak Road where now PEF Model School has taken inception.

Eligibility Criteria for BS Nursing (4 year program)
BSN is a 4-year degree programme which nurtures integrated nursing knowledge, skills and professional attitude. The complete BS degree leads the graduate to start practicing as a registered nurse. The graduates of BSN programme undergo registration with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) after completion of 1-year work placement in accordance with internship policy of PNC.
- Metric with science (Physics, Biology, Chemistry as compulsory subjects) with minimum 50% marks.
- FSc pre Medical with minimum 50% marks.
- Age: 16-25 years.
- Total seats available for one session: 50
