- 35% marks in entry test of SZABMU
- Valid registration of all professional qualifications with PNC.

Instructions for payment
- Application processing fee is Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable).
- Student can download the fee challan form from the KIHS website and deposit the fee at nearest branch of Meezan Bank Ltd.
- After admission in the program, the students will be given a fee deposit slip at the time of admission and subsequently at the beginning of each semester or academic year.
- The students must deposit the required fee according to the instructions of the college office.
- All the charges shall be subjected to revision as per university rules.
