Ziauddin College of Nursing earlier referred to as the School of Nursing, became the primary Academic unit of Ziauddin University. It was established and recognized through the Pakistan Nursing Council in 1986. In 2009, the School of Nursing was upgraded to the extent of College. The university gives diverse programs at the undergraduate and graduate stages to college students coming from numerous ethnic and socio-financial backgrounds of Pakistan. The recognition of Ziauddin College of Nursing has grown nationally and across the world as a result of the competency, essential wonder, and expertise of the graduate.
Ziauddin College of Nursing currently offers three programs as part of its efforts in nursing: Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Post RN BSN, and Masters of Science in Nursing.

Under Graduate Programs
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BscN)
This is a four-year course that leads into practice as a Registered Nurse. The course promotes integrated nursing knowledge, skills, and professional attitude. Upon completion of this program, the graduate is ready to be a nurse, the BScN students can enroll with the Pakistan Council of Nursing after completing a one-year internship according to the guidelines of the PNC internship and must pass the PNC license exam.
Admissions:
The Ziauddin University College of Nursing conducts an admission test for all eligible applicants through the university’s examination department. The test consists of multiple-choice questions and short questions of various types. The test consists of four sections in which the performance of each candidate in the fields mentioned below is tested:
- English
- Science
- General Knowledge
- Mathematics
The applicant will be interviewed to assess their suitability, complete the relevant course and embark on a career in nursing. The interview takes place at the Ziauddin College of Nursing.
Eligibility Criteria
Any student wishing to apply to Ziauddin College of Nursing can eligible if they have cleared their F.Sc by at least 50% marks from the pre-medical group and are of the ages between 17-25

This is a two-year course. The aim is to prepare nursing staff to acquire in-depth knowledge and skills and to develop professional independence, self-control, and critical thinking. This program is offered as an evening program.
Admissions:
The Ziauddin University School of Nursing conducts an admission test for all eligible applicants through the university’s examination department. The test consists of multiple-choice questions and short questions of various kinds. The following subjects are assessed in the entrance test:
- Nursing Knowledge
- Mathematics & Logical Reasoning
- English
Candidates will be interviewed to survey their appropriateness to finish the concerned course and seek after a profession in nursing administrations. The interview will be held at the Ziauddin School of Nursing.
Eligibility Criteria
Prospective candidates can be eligible for the program of Post RN BSN if they meet the requirements laid out by Ziauddin College of Nursing which is that the candidate must have completed his Matriculation with a biology major, have a diploma in nursing, have a diploma in midwifery (For male candidates, any post basic specialty in lieu of midwifery), have 2 years of clinical experience as an RN, and valid registration with PNC.

Master of Science in Nursing
The Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) program plans to nurture specialists in nursing, progressed practice, and additionally the board for administration in nursing. Admissions
Ziauddin College School of Nursing conducts a GAT Admission Test through the College Assessment Division for every qualified candidate.

Eligibility Criteria:
Students looking to enroll in the Masters of Science in Nursing program need to complete the conditions as follows: they must have BSN/Post RN BSN from HEC recognized institute, GAT/NTS test scores with at least 50%, one year of clinical experience as RN, interviews of candidates shortlisted based on performance in the entry test, a final selection of candidates will be based on the previous academic record, experience and entry test and interview.
